I would find it very hard to fault this hotel the staff were extremely helpful and friendly the hotel was very comfortable the rooms had everything needed and we're cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice . I found the location very good as well

The only thing that does need addressing would be more lounges around the pool or at least seating .

a mobile phone holder was stolen while parking a rented motorcycle next to the hotel.

The hotel is ultramodern the bed was so comfy , good sea view , good pool , even had a gym , breakfast was very good

The area is beautiful but very quiet , it’s also very long , ideal for a stop off , would of been good if the hotel offered bike or scooter hire ,

Location is great, and the room has two sides opening to the ocean with a balcony connecting. Excellent experience waking up looking to the sea, and drink a little bit in the balcony feeling breeze of the ocean.

Cleanliness is an issue, you wipe the floor with a tissue and it would go black instantly. And there’s some hair left in every corner of the room especially the bathroom

La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel.

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais pour la majorité d'entre eux. 1 ou 2 personnes seulement sont capables de dire quelques mots. Impossible de se faire comprendre ou de demander quoique que ce soit. Alors bien sûr français ça n'existe pas. Très peu d'option au petit déjeuner sans viande. Légumes, soupe riz... Tout est avec de la viande. Pas d'option végétarienne ni sans gluten.

La colazione è stata soddisfacente. La vista dalla camera verso il mare è stata molto apprezzata. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Durante la notte ho dormito bene, quindi c'è una buona insonorizzazione delle stanze.

Nella colazione aggiungerei qualche dolce in più, soprattutto al cioccolato e alle creme.

La pulizia

Ho prenotato una camera deluxe con vista mare per quattro notti, usufruendone di una soltanto, dato che poi sono dovuta rientrare nel mio paese in Europa per un’emergenza. Ci sono strutture che nonostante il numero di stelle hanno l’interesse verso il cliente. Anni fa mi è capitata una situazione simile e l’hotel si è tenuto solamente i soldi della prima notte, non dell’intero pernottamento. Se l’opzione scelta non è cancellabile, questo sito di prenotazione rimanda comunque a contattare la struttura per avere un punto di incontro, quindi per correttezza ed etica professionale avrebbero dovuto restituire metà soggiorno. Comunque, la nostra camera dava verso il mare, ma tra le due c’era la strada principale. Qui dalla sera si sono accostate delle auto con gente che faceva schiamazzi e che hanno lanciato petardi verso la spiaggia (chissà se poi hanno pulito). Il tutto si è concluso per mezzanotte. Mi ricordo l’orario perché noi cercavamo di dormire da due ore. Inoltre dal balcone non si può godere del panorama notturno perché l’insegna è talmente forte da creare un fastidioso inquinamento luminoso. La mattina ovviamente passavano molte auto, quindi vi lascio immaginare. L’unica cosa che consiglio è di bere il caffè se siete costipati. Nonostante l’hotel, sconsiglio di venire in questo luogo a qualsiasi europeo perché non c’è niente. Davvero, non c’è nulla. La spiaggia è sporca e nessuno si tuffa in mare. Che tristezza!

Super Lage direkt in Strand , hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und der Ausblick war Top Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Frühstück war sehr lecker und eine gute Auswahl.

ein wunderbares gepflegtes hotel direkt am strand, sehr ruhig, 15 min auto ins zentrum von rayong, sauber pool und schnellesv wlan. schön eingerichtete zimmer und die duschen mit richtig warmen wasser. sehr schöner sauberer sandstrand direkt vor der tür

bei westwinden kann man kaum baden gehen was sehr schade ist

Frühstück war ok…war aber definitiv mehr für Asiaten ausgelegt! Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber! Freundlichkeit des Personals! Lage direkt am Meer!

Poolbereich war nicht sehr einladend!
